श्री विजय बहादुर सिंह (संरक्षक)  जी का जन्म आजमगढ़ उत्तर प्रदेश में हुआ, उनके माता जी और पिताजी का नाम श्रीमती मुलुर देवी और रामनाथ सिंह है. उनके धर्मपत्नी का नाम श्रीमती निर्मला सिंह है और दो पुत्र अजय सिंह और संजय सिंह.

उनकी उच्च शिक्षा के लिए वह वर्ष 1963 में हैदराबाद आए और डिग्री की पढ़ाई की. बाद वह एक निजी संगठन में काम किया. तत्पश्चात उन्होंने वर्ष 1970 से 2001 तक  स्टेट बैंक ऑफ हैदराबाद में कार्यरत रहे और चीफ केशियर के पद का कार्य संभाल और स्वेच्छापूर्ण सेवानिवृत्ति ले कर समाज की सेवा मे अपना समय ज्यादा देने का निस्चय लिया और आज हमे गर्व होता है की आजमगढ़ उत्तर प्रदेश से आकर हैदराबाद और अपने राज्य मे समाज मे हर किसी को वह नाम और उनके निवास के पते के साथ याद रखते है.

क्षत्रिय राजपूत सभा सरूरनगर बस्ती समिति द्वारा समाज मे उनकानाम जुड़ा है,  जो  सर्वप्रथम वर्ष 1992 मे सरूर नगर बस्ती समिति के  कोषाध्यक्ष  पद के रूप में चुने गए. वर्ष 1993 में उन्होंने सरूर नगर बस्ती समिति सचिव के रूप में नामित किये गए. 1997 केंद्रीय चुनावों में उन्हे सभा के कोषाध्यक्ष के रूप में चुना गया. वह लगातार 12 साल तक सभा के कोषाध्यक्ष थे. 2009 केंद्रीय चुनावों  में उन्होंने सभा के महासचिव के पद के लिए चुने गए. वर्ष 2015 के केंद्रीय चुनावों  में उन्हे सर्वसम्मति से अध्यक्ष के रूप में चुने गए. तथ द्वारा राजपूत ट्रस्ट बोर्ड के मूल न्यास विलेख अनुसार न्यासी अध्यक्ष बने.

एस. गणेश सिंह   (संरक्षक) एवं  दूसरा संरक्षक परिवार सदस्य  22 वर्ष पहले आजीवन सदस्य बने, जो सभा के रिकॉर्ड अनुसार क्रमांक 13 संस्मारिका 1994 दर्ज किया गया है . उनके माता जी और पिताजी का नाम श्रीमती अनुसूया बाई और भीकम सिंह है. उनके धर्मपत्नी का नाम रंजना  (संरक्षक) और पुत्र ऋषि चरण सिंह  (संरक्षक) और साई चरण सिंह  (संरक्षक) और पुत्री का नाम परिणीता   (संरक्षक)है.  मगर सभा मे ज्यादा आना जाना नहीं था. उनके और महात्मा सिंह जी का अनुरोध था की सीताफलमण्डी बस्ती समिति बनाये, और उस समय क्षत्रिय गौरव बी वी जगदेव सिंह जी सिकंदराबाद क्षेत्र के कार्यवाहक थे और केंद्रीय कार्यालय मे सचिव के पद पर थे, उनके प्रोत्साहन द्वारा सीताफलमण्डी बस्ती समिति का घट्न किया गया,  उनको सीताफलमण्डी बस्ती समिति का सचिव बनाया गया. उनको सभा और समाज के कार्यक्रमु मे विजय बहादुर सिंह जी  का  लगन और  जगदेव सिंह  जी  का  प्रोत्साहन साथ मिला.  कुछ वर्ष बाद नए लोगो को प्रोत्साहि करने  के लिए बी वी जगदेव सिंह उन्हे प्रेरित किया और सभा के आयोजन सचिव के पद के लिए  निर्वाचित किया गया.. सभा के निर्देशो के तहत  उत्साह से तन मन धन से काम किया  और इस पद पर छह वर्ष तक रहे.
आप सभी के आशीर्वाद से वर्ष 2009 और 2012 मे उन्हे सभा के कोषाध्यक्ष पद पर निर्विरोध निर्वाचित किये गए. कोषाध्यक्ष पद मे भी वे अपने कार्य को सफलातापूर्वक निभाया,, और कोषाध्यक्ष कार्यकाल 2009-2015 के अवधि मे आज तक उन्हे दिया गया उत्तरदायित्व बखूभी निभाया और आजीवन सदस्यो की  संख्या 70 से 2500 एवं संरक्षक 4 से 204 तक बढ़ाया.  इस कार्य के लिए सभी का सहियोग मिला, वे कहा कभी नहीं भूल सकते अध्यक्ष विजय बहादुर सिंह को  जिन्होंने उन्हे प्रोत्साहित किया. सभी कार्यकारिणी सदस्यों, आयोजन सचिव  को धन्यवाद् देते है जो सदस्यता पंजीकरण में समर्थन और साथ मिला.

 

DUSSEHERA SAMMELLAN 2016 INVITATION

I have requested Sri Vijay Bahadur Singh President, other Office bearers and Kshatriya Gourav Heera Singh to occupy the seat on the Dais.

As per the agenda Minutes and Statement of Account for the month of February has circulated to the members present.  The same was approved by the members.

Budget for the year 2016-2017 was circulated and same was approved.  Window pension from next financial year from 1st April 2016 pension was increased from Rs 2400/- to 3000/- per head.  For Handicapped allowance was increased from 3000/- to 4000/- from 1^st April 2016.  For economically deserving student who secure 75 % are in one slab as per their qualification and who secured 90% will be in special slab. It has been decided to give a compliment (Gift) to any invitation received by the Sabha represented by central Office Bearers.  (Copy of Budget enclosed) .

Proposed Amendments to the Bye-Laws copies was circulated to the Executive members. (Copy of proposed  Amendments to the Bye-Laws enclosed ).

Sri Vijay Bahadur Singh President welcomed the gathering and explained in detail the existing Bye-Laws and Proposed Change in the Bye-Laws. He requested the members to give their suggestion.  Sri Suraj Singh Secretary Rajender Nagar and Sri Ratan Singh Chairman Saroornagar Basti Committee Proposed and Seconded for Budget (2016-2017) and Proposed Amendments in by-laws also unanimously approved.  President stressed and requested the souvenir committee member to fast up the work to release the souvenir 2016 on 9th may on Maharana Pratap Jayanti.

Regarding Re-organization of Santosh Nagar Basti Committee Sri Manohar Singh Treasurer, Sri Raj Kunwar Singh Secretary, Sri Rajender Singh requested to mobilize membership well before re-organization. Re-organization will be held on 17th April 2016 at Vidya Dayani High Scholl / Vidya Dayani Girls junior College, Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad.

In my Address I have given detailed information regarding the Lands identified for sale in Keesara and nearby area which is 33 kilo meters from Secunderabad Railway Station.  Myself and Sri Rajender Singh Organizing Secretary visited nearly eight sites in first Visit.  Thereafter in second trip all the lands sites were shown to Sri Vijay Bahadur Singh President,   Kshatriya Gourav Sri Vijay Singh Bayas Patron, Sri Manohar Singh Treasurer, Sri Raj Kunwar Singh Secretary, and Sri Neeraj Kumar Singh Secretary.   It has been informed to the gathering that to fulfill the Dreams, aims, Youth involvement in Sabha which is pending since long time.  land admeasuring nearly four acres with mango garden is much suitable. Regarding Youth I stressed that youth involvement is must and it is seriously planned to involve the youth, allotting them responsibility, Rights, Power.  It is assured that more than Two Hundred youth will be involved to develop the recreation zone in purchased land.  Old age home is one of the dreams which is to be fulfilled in short period.

It was also informed Sri Shankar Singh S/o Hari Singh also shown lands in Thoom Kunta 21 Kms from Secunderabad Railway Station. He showed three sites.  We have visited that Land site also along with President, his sons, and Manohar Singh Treasurer.

It is further informed to the members that Sabha is Performing Two Samoohik Vivaha in Sabha premises on 21^st April 2016 in Prem Singh Hall at 11.00 a.m.  Members who are intended to contribute for the purpose can donate in shape of cash or kind.

Sri Prem Singh Patron assured to show few land sites in short period.

Sabha observed two minutes silence and paid homage to the departed souls of our community in this month.

It is informed that next meeting of Managing Committee will be held on 24^th April 2016 at 5 p.m.

क्षत्रिय राजपूत सभा के महा सचिव एस गणेश सिंह के प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार क्षत्रिय राजपूत सभा कुतबिगुड़ा के मणिक सिंह हॉल मे “ विजय सिंह बायस बेसिक कंप्यूटर ट्रेनिंग सेंटर “ का उद्घाटन सभा के अध्यक्ष श्री  विजय बहादुर सिंह द्वारा किया गया.

क्षत्रिय राजपूत सभा के महा सचिव एस गणेश सिंह के प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार क्षत्रिय राजपूत सभा कुतबिगुड़ा के मणिक सिंह हॉल मे “ विजय सिंह बायस बेसिक कंप्यूटर ट्रेनिंग सेंटर “ का उद्घाटन सभा के अध्यक्ष श्री  विजय बहादुर सिंह द्वारा किया गया.

इस अवसर पर कंप्यूटर दाता श्री विजय सिंह बायस, श्रीमती राज कुमारी बायस, और श्री धन मोहन सिंह रिबन काट कर कंप्यूटर चालू (ऑन) किया.

उद्घाटन के पश्चात विजय बहादुर सिंह अध्यक्ष ने कहा की समाज के स्वजाती सभी वर्ग और आयु के लोगो के लिए जो कंप्यूटर बेसिक सीखना चाहते है सभा मे निशुल्क  प्रशिक्षण दी जाएगी. हर किसी को बच्चे, युवा, बुजुर्ग सभी को कंप्यूटर का ज्ञान होना चाहिए.  गैर समुदाय के बच्चों, युवाओं और बड़ों को भी सभा के नियमावली के अनुसार प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा.

महा सचिव एस गणेश सिंह कहा की जो कंप्यूटर बेसिक सीखना चाहते हैं  सभा द्वारा प्राप्थ आवेदन फार्म भरे और योग्य और स्वीकृत आवेदकों  को प्रशिक्षण  हर दिन शाम 5 बजे से 8 बजे  तक दो या तीन गुट (बैच) द्वारा  दिया जाएगा.

आगे कहा की सभी कार्यकारी सदस्य इस का पहल करना चाहिए.
